Colombian Coffee, Our Heritage, Your Experience

Our name and motivation

from our family to our friends

From Our Mountains to Your Mornings

I, Jose, grew up on Hacienda La Clara, back then, it was eight hours from Medellín, surrounded by mountains where howler monkeys called from the jungle on top of the valley each morning.

Coffee wasn't something I learned about, it was part of the rhythm of my childhood, the scent of jasmine blossoms on flowering trees, the sweetness of ripe cherries bursting on the tongue.

That farm, that valley, those memories, they're the heart of everything I do at La Clara Coffee.

We know Colombia. We know coffee. We are coffee.

La Clara isn't a Swedish company importing Colombian beans. We're a Colombian story continuing in Sweden, bringing you coffee through the eyes of those who grew up with it.

Our business partner and producer Oscar Restrepo isn't just a supplier, he's co-owner, agronomist, friend. We share the same soil, the same heritage, the same commitment to coffee that honors its origins.

As agronomists and coffee people, we understand what it takes to produce exceptional coffee. We've walked the farms, tended the trees, processed the cherries. We know the hands that picked your beans because they're our hands, our family's hands, our partners' hands.

Our heritage

To our friends in Sweden.

We're not here to teach you about coffee from a distance. We're here to share it, the way we experienced it growing up, the way our producers live it every day. To show you that coffee can be smooth and elegant, complex without pretension, accessible to everyone from the spontaneous morning drinker to the precision cupper.

We want to grow with you.

With our consumers, who become friends who understand where their coffee comes from and why it matters. With our producers, who build equity and legacy, not just fill orders. We're building a bridge between these worlds and that bridge is made of trust, transparency, and genuinely great coffee.
