Our Packaging
At La Clara, sustainability and functionality are at the heart of our packaging choices. We use fully plastic coffee bags and labels designed for ease of use, longevity, and minimal environmental impact. These bags are crafted from a single type of recyclable material, ensuring they can be sorted as plastic waste. Their design also preserves the quality of our premium coffee, allowing for proper degassing while maintaining its rich flavors and aromas over time. We’re continuously exploring innovative solutions that align with the highest standards for roasted coffee storage.

For shipping, we prioritize simplicity and efficiency by using cardboard boxes, paper tape, and paper labels for shipment information. We deliberately avoid unnecessary wrapping, as it contributes to waste and doesn’t align with our commitment to resource conservation. Every choice we make reflects our focus on sustainability and responsibility.

  • Coffee Roasting Machine: Our roasting machine is powered by electricity, a renewable energy source that offers diverse generation methods for a sustainable future. By avoiding fossil fuels, we significantly reduce our carbon footprint while maintaining precision and quality in our roasting process.

  • Coffee Bar: In our coffee bar, we’ve opted for an innovative espresso machine designed to optimize energy use and minimize water waste. Instead of a traditional boiler, this machine uses a thermoblock system, which heats only the necessary amount of water to the precise temperature required for brewing. Any excess water used to regulate pressure is returned to the reservoir, ensuring no unnecessary heating or wastage.
