Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays of the week following purchase.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business days and shipped the following week.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order:

  • Sweden — 50 SEK
  • European Union
    • 0–600g → 80 SEK
    • 600–2000g → 100 SEK
  • Rest of the world
    • 0–600g → 100 SEK
    • 600–2000g → 150 SEK

Delivery times

  • 3 to 7 business days within Sweden
  • 7 to 15 business days within the EU
  • Up to 25 business days outside the EU

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Tracking

All orders within the EU include a tracking number, provided once the order has been shipped.

Orders outside the EU include tracking when the destination country supports the service.

Customs, duties and taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not control or predict these costs.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
