This season’s blend decaf is exceptionally smooth, reminds us of:
Ripe berries, caramel, orange, and honey.
Our decaf is processed in Colombia using the sugarcane ethyl acetate method, a natural and local technique that preserves the coffee's vibrant character while gently removing the caffeine.
* Note: Don't let the colour fool you, decaf beans naturally turn darker during the decaffeination process, before they even hit the roaster.
We roast our decaf just as gently as our single-origin coffees, stopping the roast early to preserve sweetness, acidity, and delicate fruit notes. So while the bean looks darker, the cup tastes bright, clean, and light.
