These are limited harvests from Colombian farms where producers push boundaries, experimental fermentations, starter cultures, special varietals. We source a small volume to share, meticulously crafted, uncertain to have it again.

Our roaster brings them to life in Sweden, and we share them with you. The volume is small. The value, extraordinary. When they're gone, the opportunity to taste that particular moment is also scarse.
